Sometimes, the hardest part is knowing where to begin. Whether life has started to feel heavier, your thoughts harder to quiet, or your emotions more difficult to understand, having the right support can make the next step feel possible.
At Zoe Health and Wellness, care begins with meeting you where you are.

A provider who takes the time to understand.
Annamica Nartey, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing individualized psychiatric care to adolescents, adults, and older adults.
She believes understanding your mental health is an important part of receiving meaningful care. Rather than simply telling you what is happening, she takes time to explain symptoms, diagnoses, and medication options so you can participate confidently in decisions about your care.

Sometimes, being heard is where change begins.
Many patients have presented feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and unsure of where to begin. Taking the first step toward care can feel difficult, especially when so much is happening beneath the surface.
Having a safe, nonjudgmental space to slow down, express feelings, and explore personal concerns can make a meaningful difference. With understanding and individualized support, people can begin to recognize their needs, work through challenges, and discover practical ways to move forward.
Progress looks different for everyone. With time, patience, and the right support, individuals can build confidence, develop healthier ways of coping, and gain a better understanding of themselves.
Every journey is unique, and meaningful change does not have to happen all at once. Sometimes, it begins with a conversation, a moment of understanding, or the willingness to ask for help.
At Zoe Health and Wellness, we believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and respected. Our goal is to provide a supportive space where individuals can explore their concerns and take steps toward improved mental well-being at their own pace.
